摘 要:肺癌死亡率高居恶性肿瘤首位,放射治疗作为肺癌治疗体系的重要组成部分,在肺癌全程治疗中均发挥重要作用。近年来,在多学科综合治疗和个体化精准治疗策略的指导下,放疗及其联合治疗在肺癌治疗领域成绩斐然,本文归纳总结现阶段肺癌放疗领域的重要研究进展,以期为未来的放疗临床实践提供借鉴,并期待随着一系列创新研究的不断推进,未来放疗技术及治疗模式能取得更大的突破,造福更多的肿瘤患者。Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer death.As a fundamental component of cancer treatment,radiotherapy plays an important role in the whole treatment of lung cancer.In recent years,under the guidance of multidisciplinary therapy and individualized precision therapy strategies,radiotherapy and its combined therapies have made remarkable achievements in the treatment of lung cancer.This paper summarized recent important research progresses in the field of radiotherapy for lung cancer,hoping to provide reference for the future development of radiotherapy.In the future,the breakthrough of radiotherapy technology and treatment mode will benefit more cancer patients with the advancement of a serial of innovative studies.
