摘　　要：文化数字化国家战略的推进实施,关键是加大文化数据资源的有序流通力度、拓展文化产业和数字技术的融合维度,不断提高文化数字化发展的内涵质量,全力支持数字技术在文化产业领域中的原始创新、集成应用与协同进化,充分发挥AIGC等数字技术的效能,构建数字时代高质量发展的文化产业创新生态系统。融合数字技术与人文精神,把满足人民对美好生活的向往、丰富人民精神世界、实现每个人自由而全面的发展作为最终奋斗目标,提炼具有思想史意义的文明元素和标识,丰富优秀文化基因的传承和当代表达,重新评估“人文科学”的新进展及其推动新人文思想的创新能力,探索古代生命的生存和现代生命自我激发、自我引导的多重可能性,实现数字文化产品从“技术形态”向“艺术形态”的转换。发展健康的数字文化消费模式,增强数字文化供给结构对生命本质需求及其变化的适应性和灵活性,以高质量的数字文化供给满足人民群众对高品质生活的需要。To promote the implementation of the national strategy of cultural digitalization,the core is to increase the orderly circulation of cultural data resources,expand the integration of cultural industry and digital technologies,continuously improve the connotations and quality of cultural digital development,fully support the original innovation,integrated application and synergistic evolution of digital technologies in the cultural industry,and give full play to the effectiveness of AIGC and other digital technologies,to build an innovation ecosystem of cultural industry with high-quality development in the digital era,integrate digital technologies and humanism,take satisfying people’s aspirations for a better life,enriching people’s spiritual world and realizing everyone’s free and comprehensive development as the ultimate goals,refine civilization elements and symbols with significance in the history of thoughts,enrich the inheritance of excellent cultural genes and their contemporary expression,and reevaluate the new progress of the humanities and the ability to promote the innovation of new humanistic ideas.It will also explore the multiple possibilities of the survival of ancient life and modern life’s self-stimulation and self-guidance,and realize the transformation of digital cultural products from“technical form”to“artistic form”.We will also develop a healthy digital cultural consumption pattern,enhance the adaptability and flexibility of the digital cultural supply structure to the essential needs of life and its changes,and meet people’s needs for a high-quality life with high-quality digital cultural supply.
