摘　　要：“三全育人”背景下提升职业本科专业与课程建设育人效果,是中国特色社会主义新时代背景下支部党建的发展需求。坚持“一流党建引领一流建设”的理念,构建“党建+育人”体系,发挥教师党支部在实现职业本科“三全育人”过程中的重要作用,落实教师党支部“立德树人”“教书育人”的使命和担当,强化支部党建与专业和课程建设工作的深度融合,夯实“三全育人”实践效果,促进职业本科支部建设和人才培养质量不断提升。Improving the educational effect of vocational undergraduate majors and curriculum construction based on the"three-overall education"is the development demands for the party branch building under the background of socialism with the Chinese characteristics.The vocational undergraduate education should adhere to the concept of"the first-class party building leading the first-class construction",establish the"party building plus education"system,give full play to the important role of teachers'party branch in the process of realizing"three-overall education",take the mission and responsibility of teachers'party branch in morality education,strengthen the deep integration of party branch building and major and curriculum construction,and consolidate the practical effect of"three-overall education'in order to promote the continuous improvement in party branch construction and talent cultivation quality.
