摘  要:肺癌是世界范围内人类癌症相关死亡的最主要原因。糖尿病可因高血糖、高胰岛素血症和炎症等因素导致肿瘤细胞增殖和转移;另外,糖尿病会增加心血管事件、术后并发症和感染的发生风险,进而对肺癌预后产生负面影响。目前常用的降糖药物包括双胍类、α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂、胰岛素促泌剂、噻唑烷二酮类、胰岛素、二肽基肽酶4抑制剂、胰高血糖素样肽1受体激动剂、钠-葡萄糖共转运蛋白2抑制剂,各类降糖药物对肺癌的影响仍存在争议,本文就不同种类的降糖药物与肺癌的关系进行综述。Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related deaths in humans worldwide.Diabetes mellitus can lead to tumor cell proliferation and metastasis due to hyperglycemia,hyperinsulinemia and inflammation.Moreover,diabetes mellitus enhance the risks of cardiovascular events,postoperative complications and infections,thus posing negative influences on the prognosis of lung cancer.At present,the commonly used antidiabetic drugs include biguanides,α-glucosidase inhibitors,insulin secretagogues,thiazolidinediones,insulin,dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitors,glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists,and sodium-glucose co-transporter-2 inhibitors.The effects of various types of antidiabetic drugs on lung cancer are still controversial.This article reviews the relationship between different types of antidiabetic drugs and lung cancer.
