摘  要:微小RNA(miRNA)是一种可以调控目标基因表达的非编码单链RNA分子,在多种生物学活动中起着非常重要的作用。miR-223-3p是一类高度保守性的miRNA,同时具有抑癌和原癌的双重功能,在肺癌中通过结合靶基因和调节下游信号通路来发挥不同的作用,如参与肺癌细胞的增殖、凋亡、侵袭、转移和耐药性的调控等。随着对其在不同癌症中作用机制研究的不断深入了解,miR-223-3p有可能成为新的肿瘤标志物和治疗靶点,并可进一步评估肺癌患者的预后。本文就近年来有关miR-223-3p在肺癌中的增殖、凋亡,肿瘤细胞的转移、侵袭,对肿瘤药物治疗的耐药和敏感性这些关键作用的研究作一综述。MicroRNA(miRNA)is a non-coding single-stranded RNA molecule that can regulate the expression of target genes,which plays a very important role in a variety of biological activities.Among them,miR-223-3p is a highly conserved miRNA that exerts a dual function of either an oncogene or tumor-suppressor gene.In lung cancer progression,miR-223-3p exerts its different functions by binding to target genes and regulating downstream signaling,which mediates lung cancer cell proliferation,apoptosis,invasion,metastasis and drug resistance.With the gradual exploration of its mechanism,miR-223-3p is expected as a novel tumor marker,therapeutic marker and prognostic biomarker of lung cancer.This article reviews the key research on the regulatory effect of miR-223-3p in lung cancer cell proliferation,apoptosis,metastasis,invasion,drug resistance and sensitivity.
