摘  要:镉(Cadmium,Cd)是动植物非必需的毒性元素,易在植物体内富集并抑制生长,降低植物产量品质,经食物链富集则进入人体,危害人体健康。褪黑素是吲哚类激素,在植物应对逆境胁迫中发挥重要作用。近年来研究表明,褪黑素能够有效缓解植物Cd胁迫,本文从表型、生理生化、分子调控等方面对近年来褪黑素施用对植物的缓解Cd胁迫效应的相关研究进展进行综述,为通过合理的褪黑素外施,提高农业生产和植物生态修复提供参考。Cadmium(Cd)is a toxic element that is non-essential for both animals and plants.It readily ac-cumulates in plants,inhibiting their growth and leading to a reduction in both yield and quality.As it be-comes enriched through the food chain,cadmium poses a significant threat to human health.Melatonin,an indole hormone,plays a crucial role in enabling plants to cope with adverse conditions and stress.Re-cent studies have demonstrated that melatonin can effectively mitigate cadmium stress in plants.This re-view article presents a comprehensive analysis of the recent research progress on the effects of mela-tonin application in ameliorating cadmium stress in plants,examining aspects such as phenotypic changes,physiological and biochemical processes,and molecular regulation.This review serves as a ref-erence for enhancing agricultural production and plant ecological restoration through the rational applica-tion of melatonin.
