摘 要:针对某微型货车在颠簸路面、比利时路面、过减速带行驶时,后悬架产生明显的“咚咚”异响的问题,从现象分析入手,首先排查锁定异响源为后限位缓冲块,然后深入研究其内部结构及产生机理,最后针对成因提出解决措施,并验证了措施的有效性,从而解决了该异响问题。通过深入分析后悬架总成异响产生的原因,为钢板弹簧悬架异响问题的解决提供思路,并为解决后悬架总成异响问题提供可借鉴的开发经验。Aiming at the problem that the rear suspension of a minivan produces obvious"knocking""abnormal sound when driving on bumpy roads,Belgian roads and speed bumps,starting from the phenomenon analysis,firstly,the source of abnormal sound is checked and locked as the rear limit buffer,and then the internal structure and mechanism are deeply studied.Finally,the solution measures are put forward to solve the problem,and the effectiveness of the measures is verified.Through in-depth analysis of the causes of abnormal noise of rear suspension assembly,it provides ideas for solving the abnormal noise problem of leaf spring suspension and provides reference development experience for solving the abnormal noise problem of rear suspension assembly.
