运动康复训练对白血病缓解期的负面情绪及生活质量影响研究

摘　　要：目的分析运动康复训练对白血病缓解期患者的负面情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选取天津市第一中心医院血液科2021年8月-2022年9月收治的62例白血病缓解期患者,采用数字随机法分为对照组(31例)和观察组(31例)。对照组给予造血系统疾病常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用运动康复训练;干预结束后对比两组的负面情绪、生活质量和感染发生率。结果经干预后,观察组的SDS评分和SAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的KPS评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的感染发生率低于对照组(P>0.05)。结论运动康复训练能够有效改善白血病缓解期患者的焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,提高生活质量,可为临床应用提供参考。Objective To analyze the influence of sports rehabilitation training on the negative mood and life quality of patients in remission stage of leukemia.Methods 62 patients in remission of leukemia admitted to the Department of Hematology of Tianjin First Central Hospital from August 2021 to September 2022 were selected and divided into control group(31 cases)and observation group(31 cases)by numerical random method.The control group was given routine intervention for hematopoietic diseases,and the observation group was given exercise rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.After the intervention,negative emotions,quality of life and incidence ofinfection were compared between the two groups.Results Afer intervention,SDS and SAS scores of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).The KPS score of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).The incidence of infection in observation group was lower than control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Sports rehabilitation training can effectively improve the anxiety.depression and other negative emotions of patients in remission of leukemia,improve the quality of life,which can provide reference for clinical application.
