基于结构-过程-结果三维质量评价模式的护理管理措施在康复医学科的应用

摘　　要：目的观察基于结构-过程-结果(SPO)三维质量评价模式的护理管理措施在康复医学科的应用效果。方法选取2020年12月—2021年5月在湖北省武汉市汉口医院康复医学科进行治疗的30例患者为对照组,选取2021年6月—2021年11月在湖北省武汉市汉口医院康复医学科进行治疗的30例患者为研究组,对照组实施常规护理措施,研究组实施基于SPO三维质量评价模式的护理管理措施。比较2组患者意外事件发生率、护理质量评分、患者对护理工作的满意度及广泛性焦虑量表评分。结果研究组意外事件发生率明显低于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理质量各维度评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,2组广泛性焦虑量表评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,2组广泛性焦虑量表评分明显低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于SPO三维质量评价模式的护理措施在康复医学科应用可以明显降低意外事件发生率,改善护理满意度及护理质量,值得应用推广。Objective To observe the application effect of nursing management measures based on the three-dimensional quality evaluation model of structure-process-outcome(SPO)in rehabilitation medicine department.Methods Thirty patients who were treated in the rehabilitation medicine department of Wuhan Hankou Hospital,Hubei Province from December 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the control group,and 30 patients who were treated in the rehabilitation medicine department of Wuhan Hankou Hospital,Hubei Province from June 2021 to November 2021 were selected as the study group.The control group implemented conventional nursing measures,and the research group implemented nursing management measures based on the SPO three-dimensional quality evaluation model.the incidence of unexpected events,nursing quality scores,patients'satisfaction with nursing work and generalized anxiety scale scores were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of accidental events in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of various dimensions of nursing quality in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the generalized anxiety scale scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the generalized anxiety scale scores in the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing,and the study The group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of nursing measures based on SPO three-dimensional quality evaluation model in rehabilitation medicine can significantly reduce the incidence of accidents,improve nursing satisfaction and nursing quality,and which is worthy of application and promotion.
