摘　　要：随着护理事业的不断发展,护理照护模式也不断发生改变,“以患者为中心”“以人为本”的人文关怀护理服务理念逐渐深入人心,护理人员为患者提供的护理服务呈现多样化。护士在为患者提供基础护理和专业护理的同时,把人文关怀融入对患者的照护计划中,增加沟通交流,更好地为患者提供人性化的照护护理服务,增强护理人员人文关怀意识,提高人文关怀能力,在照护过程中发挥人文关怀专业作用。近年来,护理人员人文关怀能力在护理教育、护理管理、临床护理中得到不断探索与运用。通过对国内外人文关怀护理的应用进展、护理人员人文关怀能力现状进行综合分析,找出影响护理人员人文关怀能力的因素,并提出护理人员人文关怀能力的培养途径,为护理人员人文关怀能力的培训与管理提供参考。With the continuous development of the nursing cause,the nursing care mode has also changed constantly.The humanistic care and nursing service concept of"patient centered"and"people-oriented"has gradually taken root in the hearts of the people,and the nursing personnel provide diversified nursing services for patients.While providing basic nursing care and professional nursing care for patients,nurses should integrate humanistic care into patients'care plans,increase communication with them,better provide patients with humanistic care and nursing services,enhance nurses'humanistic care awareness,and improve their humanistic care ability,so as to play the professional role of humanistic care in the care process.In recent years,nurses'humanistic care ability has been gradually explored and applied in nursing education,nursing management and clinical nursing.Through comprehensive analysis of the application progress of humanistic care nursing at home and abroad and the status quo of humanistic care ability of nursing staff,finds out the factors that affect the humanistic care ability of nursing staff,and puts forward the ways to cultivate the humanistic care ability of nursing staff,so as to provide reference for the training and management of humanistic care ability of nursing staff.
