摘　　要：目的探讨自体骨混合Bio-oss骨粉在牙种植骨量不足牙缺失患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年4月至2021年4月收治的46例牙种植骨量不足牙缺失患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(23例,自体骨)与观察组(23例,自体骨混合Bio-oss骨粉)。比较两组的修复效果。结果两组的种植成功率均为100%。修复后6、12个月,观察组的牙槽嵴高度、唇侧骨量及骨厚度高于对照组(P<0.05)。修复后6、12个月,观察组的骨密度及种植体稳定值(ISQ)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。修复后12个月,观察组的红色美学指数(PES)及白色美学指数(WES)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。修复后12个月,观察组的牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)及龈沟出血指数(SBI)低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的并发症总发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论自体骨混合Bio-oss骨粉在牙种植骨量不足牙缺失患者中的应用效果显著,能降低骨吸收率,促进骨生长,提高口腔美学效果,改善牙周情况。Objective To investigate the application effect of autologous bone mixed with Bio-oss bone powder in patients with dental implant bone deficiency and tooth loss.Methods From April 2019 to April 2021,46 patients with dental implant bone deficiency and tooth loss were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group(23 cases,autologous bone)and observation group(23 cases,autologous bone mixed with Bio-oss bone powder).The repair effects of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of implantation in both groups was 100%.At 6 and 12 months after repair,the alveolar ridge height,labial bone mass and bone thickness of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 6 and 12 months after repair,the bone mineral density and implant stability quotient(ISQ)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 12 months after repair,the scores of Pink Esthetic Score(PES)and White Aesthetic Index(WES)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 12 months after repair,the gingival index(GI),plaque index(PLI)and sulcus bleeding index(SBI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The autologous bone mixed with Bio-oss bone powder in patients with dental implant bone deficiency and tooth loss has significant application effect,which can reduce bone resorption rate,promote bone growth,and improve oral aesthetic effect and periodontal condition.
