摘　　要：目的:基于知觉符号理论探讨非流利型失语症患者语义系统知觉符号与结构表征的通达情况。方法:纳入非流利型失语症患者14例与正常受试者30例,通过图词匹配任务、图片范畴判断任务与单词范畴判断任务进行评估,收集任务数据并采用独立样本t检验对各任务正确率及范畴判断分离率进行统计分析。结果:失语患者组与正常受试者组的图词匹配任务正确率差异(P=0.066)、图片范畴判断任务正确率差异(P=0.118)、单词范畴判断任务正确率差异(P=0.123)均无统计学意义,而范畴判断分离率差异有统计学意义(P=0.035),失语患者范畴判断分离率高于正常受试者,均数分别为21.70%和11.29%。结论:非流利型失语症患者存在语义系统单词内知觉符号与结构表征通达障碍,治疗时应注意评估并选择合适的治疗方案。Objective:To explore the impairment in the process of accessing perceptual symbols and structural representations in non-fluent aphasia patients from the perspective of perceptual symbols.Methods:14 non-fluent aphasia patients and 30 normal subjects were examined using the picture-word matching task,picture category judgment task,and word category judgment task.The task data was collected and the independent sample t test was used to analyze the accurate rate of each task and the separation rate of category judgment.Results:Comparing the task data between the aphasia patient group and the normal subject group.There was no significant difference in the accurate rate of picture-word matching task(P=0.066),the accurate rate of picture category judgment task(P=0.118),and the accurate rate of word category judgment task(P=0.123).The difference in the separation rate of category judgment was statistically significant(P=0.035).The separation rate of category judgment of aphasia patients was higher than that of normal subjects,with an average of 21.70%and 11.29%,respectively.Conclusion:Non-fluent aphasia patients have impairments in the process of accessing perceptual symbols and structural representations within words.During speech therapy,attention should be paid to the evaluation of this semantic impairment to select an appropriate rehabilitation program.
