腭通路翻瓣技术与传统翻瓣技术在前牙区早期种植术后的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:比较在前牙缺失的种植修复中腭通路翻瓣技术与传统翻瓣技术的临床疗效,以期为前牙区的种植切口设计提供新的参考依据。方法:将临床40例前牙区早期种植患者随机分为腭通路翻瓣组(20例)和传统翻瓣组(20例),记录种植术后1、3、6个月的牙槽骨高度和术后5d的疼痛评分。结果:两组术后1、3、6个月的种植体周围牙槽骨吸收的平均差异对比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疼痛程度量化表对术后5d疼痛评估均有统计学意义(P<0.05),结果提示腭通路翻瓣组患者舒适度较好。结论:腭通路翻瓣技术可以提供清晰的手术视野,减少牙槽骨吸收,同时减轻患者疼痛,但在临床实践中选择合适的患者和技术是种植手术成功的关键。Objective:Compare the clinical efficacy of palatal access flap and classical flap in implant restoration of anterior tooth loss,in order to provide a new reference for the design of implant incisions for anterior tooth loss.Methods:In this study,40 clinical patients with early implantation in the anterior dental region were randomly divided into two groups:the Palatal Access Flap group(20 cases)and the Classical Flap group(20 cases),and follow-up investigation was conducted.The alveolar bone height were recorded at 1,3,and 6 months after implantation,and pain scores were recorded at 1~5 days after implantation respectively.Results:The average difference in alveolar bone resorption around the implant in two groups,at 1 month,3 months,and 6 months after surgery had statistically differences(P<0.05).The pain degree quantification table had statistical significance in assessing pain 5 days after surgery(P<0.05),indicating that patients in the palatal access flap group had better compliance.Conclusion:Palatal access flap implantation can provide a clear surgical field of vision,reduce alveolar bone resorption,and alleviate patient pain.However,selecting the appropriate patient and technique in clinical practice is the key to successful implant surgery.
