宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)治疗中应用宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)的临床疗效。方法76例CIN患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组38例。对照组应用宫颈冷刀锥切术(CKC)治疗,观察组应用LEEP治疗。比较两组手术指标、临床疗效、并发症发生情况。结果观察组组织切口深度(1.54±0.32)cm小于对照组的(2.78±0.49)cm,手术时间(13.70±1.68)min、住院时间(3.12±0.56)d短于对照组的(23.02±3.23)min、(5.45±0.89)d,出血量(18.82±1.77)ml少于对照组的(44.24±2.98)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率97.37%明显高于对照组的78.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率5.26%明显低于对照组的23.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在CIN治疗中应用LEEP更具微创优势,符合快速康复外科理念,且临床疗效更佳,并发症更少,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP)in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).Methods A total of 76 patients with CIN were studied and divided into observation group and control group according to the random numerical table,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cold-knife conization(CKC),and the observation group was treated with LEEP.The surgical indexes,clinical efficacy and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The incision depth of(1.54±0.32)cm in the observation group was lower than that of(2.78±0.49)cm in the control group;the operative time of(13.70±1.68)min and hospitalization time of(3.12±0.56)d in the observation group shorter than those of(23.02±3.23)min and(5.45±0.89)d in the control group;the blood loss of(18.82±1.77)ml in the observation group was less than that of(44.24±2.98)ml in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.37%,which was significantly higher than that of 78.95%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 5.26%,which was significantly lower than that of 23.68%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of LEEP in the treatment of CIN has the advantages of minimally invasive,in line with the concept of fast track surgery,and has better clinical efficacy and fewer complications,which is worthy of promotion.
