肝功能与血脂血清学指标水平检验在脂肪肝诊断中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察脂肪肝患者进行肝功能及血脂血清学指标水平检测的效果。方法选取40例脂肪肝患者作为研究组,选择同期40例健康体检者纳入对比组,两组均接受肝功能和血脂血清学指标检查。比较两组肝功能[丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)]水平与血脂[甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)]水平。结果研究组ALT、AST水平分别为(54.46±2.81)、(52.31±9.25)U/L,均高于对比组的(27.66±3.19)、(27.32±6.21)U/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组TG、TC水平分别为(6.98±0.36)、(6.96±0.21)mmol/L,均高于对比组的(1.73±0.22)、(4.17±0.33)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为脂肪肝患者提供肝功能和血脂血清学指标检验具有较高的临床价值,对患者肝脏是否受损有较好的判断效果,临床价值更高。Objective To observe the effect of liver function and blood lipid of serology test in the diagnosis of fatty liver.Methods 40 patients with fatty liver were selected as the study group,and 40 healthy subjects were selected as the comparison group.Both groups received liver function and blood lipid of serology test.The levels of liver function[alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate transaminase(AST)]and blood lipid[triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)]were compared between the two groups.Results ALT and AST levels in the study group were(54.46±2.81)and(52.31±9.25)U/L,which were higher than those of(27.66±3.19)and(27.32±6.21)U/L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).TG and TC levels in the study group were(6.98±0.36)and(6.96±0.21)mmol/L,which were higher than those of(1.73±0.22)and(4.17±0.33)mmol/L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is of high clinical value to provide liver function and blood lipid of serology test for patients with fatty liver,and has a good judgment effect on whether the patient's liver is damaged.
