摘 要:为提升严寒地区住宅的健康性,通过对各项健康住宅标准的文献研究总结出住宅中对居住者影响最大的几点健康要素,并依据访谈法和问卷调查法探究存在的具体健康要素问题现状,同时建立低标准住宅的健康要素层次分析模型进行重要性排序,基于这些问题导向和重要性排序,对各要素进行重新整合分类,按照问题的严重性和重要性提出三部类策略,纠错性问题改进策略、改善性环境保障策略和优化性品质提升策略,逐层解决住宅中存在的健康要素问题。研究可为严寒地区健康住宅的设计与研究提供参考。Based on reviews of literatures on various health housing standards,this study identified several key health factors that have the greatest impact on residents'health.Through interviews and questionnaires,the specific health issues related to these factors are investigated.A hierarchical analysis model of health factors in low-standard housing is established to prioritize their importance.Three strategies to address the severity and importance of the problems are proposed,including error-correction problem improvement strategy,environmental improvement guar⁃antee strategy,and quality optimization improvement strategy.These strategies provide a step-by-step approach to solving the problem of health factors existing in housing.This study may provide the reference for the design and re⁃search of healthy housing in cold areas.
