摘 要:针对多裂纹损伤对钢构件力学性能产生的不利影响,在分析裂纹所处位置对钢构件最不利情形的基础上,以含共线等长双裂纹损伤钢构件为研究对象,通过对比试验现象和结果,研究了相对裂纹长度和相对裂纹间距对含共线等长双裂纹损伤钢构件的断后伸长率和剩余极限强度的影响规律,建立了对应的剩余极限强度计算公式。并将计算结果与试验值及有限元分析值进行对比,结果表明,相对裂纹间距的大小决定了含共线等长双裂纹损伤钢构件是否发生连通;所提出的剩余极限强度公式的计算值的最大误差分别小于2%和1.7%,精度较高,验证了该公式的有效性和准确性。Aiming at the adverse influence of multiple cracks damage on the mechanical properties of steel members,based on the analysis of the most adverse situation of the crack location on steel members,taking the steel members with collinear equal length double cracks damage as the research object,the influence laws of relative crack length and relative crack spacing on the elongation after fraction and residual ultimate strength of steel members with collinear double cracks damage were studied by comparing the experimental phenomena and results,and the corresponding calculation formula for residual ultimate strength was established.The calculated results were compared with the experimental values and the finite element analysis values,and the results show that the relative crack spacing determines whether the steel members with collinear equal length cracks damage are connected.The maximum errors of the calculated values of the proposed residual ultimate strength formula are less than 2%and 1.7%,respectively,which is of high precision,and verifies the effectiveness and accuracy of the formula.
