互助养老模式下乡村邻里空间设计策略研究——以杭州大章村为例

摘　　要：互助养老是缓解养老困境的重要途径。本文从互助养老的视角出发,探讨如何以乡村邻里空间设计促进乡村老年人之间的交流与互动。作者对杭州市大章村的邻里空间现状进行调研分析,根据其存在的问题,提出了一系列优化邻里空间的策略,包括:空间功能由单一化向多元化转变、空间布局由形式性向实用性转变、空间形态由同质化向乡土化转变、空间活动由临时性向长期性转变。研究旨在为符合乡村特色的适老化互助型邻里空间设计提供参考。Mutual-aid elderly care model is an important way to alleviate the plight of the elderly in home care.This paper discusses how to promote communication and interaction among rural elderly people through the design of rural neighborhood spaces from the perspective of mutual-aid elderly care.The authors investigate and analyze the current situation of the neighborhood space in Dazhang Village,Hangzhou,and propose a series of strategies for optimizing the neighborhood space,including:diversifying the spatial function,enhancing the practicality of spatial form,introducing vernacular cultural connotations into spatial forms,and promoting long-term activity in the neighborhood space.The research aims to provide reference for rural neighborhood space design in line with rural characteristics and mutual-aid elderly care model.
