摘 要:目的:探讨基于OBE理念的CBL与TBL双轨教学法在临床医学课程教学中的应用。方法:以妇产科学课程为例,于2022年及2023年上半年,分别选取我校2018级全体临床医学专业本科班共300名学生及2019级临床医学专业两个本科班共76名学生作为研究对象,每年分为实验组和对照组开展教学,实验组采用基于OBE理念的CBL与TBL双轨教学法,对照组采用LBL传统多媒体课件授课。采用量性研究和问卷调查相结合的方法对比分析两组教学效果。结果:课程结束考试成绩显示,实验组病例分析题、简答题及名词解释的成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。线上考核成绩及过程性考核总成绩比较,实验组学生的成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示实验组所有学生认可基于OBE理念的CBL和TBL双轨教学模式,绝大部分学生认为该教学法有利于完成学习目标(97.3%),确实能加深学生对理论知识的理解,有利于培养临床思维,能提高学生团队协作能力、自主学习的能力及分析和解决问题的能力。结论:基于OBE理念的CBL与TBL双轨教学法教学效果良好,能提高学生综合能力,有利于完成学习目标,值得在临床教学中推广。Objective:To explore the application of CBL and TBL dual-track teaching method based on OBE concept in clinical medicine teaching.Method:Taking the Obstetrics gynecology program as an example,in the first half of the 2022 and 2023,300 students of 2018 class and 76 students of 2019 class of clinical medicine were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into experimental group and control group to carry out teaching every year,the experimental group adopted the double-track teaching method of CBL and TBL based on the concept of OBE,while the control group used the traditional multimedia courseware of LBL.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed by means of quantitative research and questionnaire.Results:The scores of case analysis,short answer and noun explanation in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results of on-line assessment and process assessment were better in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire showed that all the students in the experimental group approved the CBL and TBL dual-track teaching model based on the OBE concept,and most of the students thought that the teaching method was beneficial to the achievement of learning goals(97.3%),indeed,it could deepen students’understanding of theoretical knowledge,help to train clinical thinking,and improve students’ability of teamwork,self-study,analysis and problem-solving.Conclusion:The double-track teaching method of CBL and TBL based on the concept of OBE has a good teaching effect,can improve students’comprehensive ability and help them achieve their learning goals.It is worth popularizing in clinical teaching.
