摘 要:翻转课堂是传统课堂教学结构与教学流程的彻底颠覆,是教学理念、教学模式、教学过程等的教学改革创新。在课堂外,学生自主规划学习内容;在课堂内,教师采用讲授和协作方式引导学生专注于主动的基于项目的学习,共同研究解决问题,从而获得更深层次的理解,促成他们的个性化学习。本文以“现代教育技术”课程实践教学为例,以体育教育专业三个自然班为实验教学对象,通过改变教学方法、考核目标与形式,测量课程目标达成度,分析阐述实施翻转课堂教学能有效促进学生自主学习和个性化发展,且具有深远的实践应用价值和社会影响。Flipped classroom is a complete subversion of traditional classroom teaching structure and teaching process,and a teaching reform and innovation of teaching concept,teaching model and teaching process.Outside the classroom,students plan their own learning content.In the classroom,teachers use lecture and collaborative approaches to guide students to focus on active project-based learning,working together to solve problems,resulting in deeper understanding and enabling their personalized learning.This paper takes the practical teaching of“Modern Educational Technology”course as an example,and takes three natural classes of physical education as experimental teaching objects.By changing teaching methods,assessment objectives and forms,our research analyzes and expounds that the implementation of flipped classroom teaching can effectively promote students’independent learning and personalized development.It has profound practical application value and social impact.
