基于易班平台的护理学专业大学生专业思想教育研究

摘　　要：易班平台作为集教育教学、生活服务、文化娱乐为一体的综合性互动社区平台,是开展专业思想教育的有效载体。依托易班平台开展护理学专业大学生的专业思想教育有着深刻的价值意蕴,但存在教师未把易班与专业思想教育“关联”、护理学专业大学生使用易班的黏性较弱和同一主线的易班育人作品还未“串联”的问题。因此,提高护理学专业大学生的专业思想教育实效性,可以依托易班平台建构“双线同行”“两力同驱”“三航同步”的专业思想教育实践模式,推动护理学专业大学生专业思想教育提质增效,帮助学生更好地树立正确的专业思想。As a comprehensive interactive community platform integrating education and teaching,life service and cultural entertainment,E-class platform is an effective carrier to carry out professional ideological education,so relying on E-class platform to carry out professional ideological education of nursing students has profound value implication.However,in terms of platform application,there are some problems such as nonassociation between E-class and professional ideological education,the non-associated stickiness of nursing students using E-class,and unsystematized E-class education works with the same theme.This study suggests that colleges and universities should construct the professional ideological education practice mode based on E-class platform,so as to promote the quality and efficiency of professional ideological education for nursing students and help students better establish correct professional ideology.
