摘 要:芬兰职业本科院校以应用科学大学为主,自20世纪90年代创建至今,经历了试点期、确立期和完善期三个阶段,在技术技能人才培养中形成了自己的特色,如稳定明确的高层次技术人才培养取向,个性化的人才培养方案,职业需求导向的专业设置与课程建设,深度互融的校企合作培养模式,完善的人才培养质量保障体系。当前我国职业本科院校正处于创建初期,应借鉴其成功经验,在人才培养定位中坚守职业教育类型属性,明晰高等教育层次要求;在发展路径上努力突破路径依赖困境,创新技术人才培养模式;在培养质量上提升高素质技术人才适应性,凸显职业本科教育高质量发展取向;在育人机制上构建技术人才培养共同体,形成多元协同培育机制。Finland’s vocational colleges are now mainly universities of applied sciences.Since their establishment in the 1990s,they have gone through three stages:the pilot stage,the establishment stage and the promotion stage.Finnish universities of applied sciences have taken a different development path from similar universities in Europe and the United States.They have formed their own characteristics in the training of technical and skilled personnel,such as a stable and clear training orientation for high-level technical personnel,personalized talent training programs,career demand oriented professional settings and curriculum construction,a deeply integrated school enterprise cooperation training model,and a perfect talent training quality assurance system.At present,vocational colleges in China are in the initial stage of establishment.We should learn from their successful experience,adhere to the type attribute of vocational education in the orientation of talent training,and clarify the requirements of higher education level.In the development path,efforts should be made to break through the dilemma of path dependence and innovate the training mode of technical talents.In terms of training quality,we should improve the adaptability of high-quality technical personnel and highlight the high-quality development orientation of vocational undergraduate education.On the mechanism of cultivating talents,we should build a community of technical talents and form a multi coordinated cultivation mechanism.
