摘  要:目的:研究考察当归的精准煮散饮片与其原饮片的质量均一性,为中药饮片的临床应用质量均一性提供参考。方法:对当归药材原饮片和精准煮散饮片的干膏率进行比较,应用HPLC-DAD结合中药指纹图谱法对不同粒度精准煮散饮片及原饮片的煎煮液进行质量均一性评估。结果:就出膏率而言,精准煮散饮片高于原饮片。指标成分阿魏酸由0.32 mg/g提高至0.38 mg/g,同时共有峰的峰面积有不同程度增大,均匀度显示相对标准偏差(RSD)由4.82%降低至2.63%。结论:当归的精准煮散饮片与原饮片在本质属性上没有区别,但前者对于当归的有效成分溶出量和质量均一性均有所提高。Objective To investigate the quality homogeneity of Angelica sinensis and its original pieces for the quality uniformity and clinical effectiveness of Chinese herbal pieces.Methods The dry yield rate of the original and precise decoction pieces of A.sinensis were compared and determined.HPLC-DAD combined with fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine was used to evaluate the quality homogeneity of decoction pieces of different particle sizes.Results As far as the extraction rate is concerned,the precision boiled pieces are higher than the original pieces.The content of ferulic acid increased from 0.32 mg/g to 0.38 mg/g,and the area of common peak increased to some extent.The relative standard deviation(RSD) of uniformity decreased from 4.82% to 2.63%.Conclusions There is no difference in essential properties between the accurate boiled pieces and the original pieces,but the former can improve the dissolution and quality uniformity of A.sinensis.
