摘 要:我国竹资源量虽然居世界第一,但产业附加值仍未达到世界先进水平。基于我国竹产业现状,可从加工工艺和设计方法上寻求突破,从而推动竹产业的发展。为了满足竹家具市场的创新设计方案需求,本文引进薄竹缠绕技术作为新型的竹质家具设计的技术支撑,材料绿色环保,且生产效率更高。同时,以Rhinoceros为载体的参数化插件Grasshopper为设计平台,生成竹家具造型。在此基础上,总结了薄竹缠绕家具的生产工艺,并结合参数化设计进行制造,加工完成了“ENTANGLED BAMBOO”座椅。实践证明:薄竹缠绕工艺和参数化建模技术相结合的方法可以拓展参数化设计在竹家具设计制造中的应用。Although China's bamboo resources rank first in the world,the added value of the industry has not yet reached the world's advanced level.By studying the current situation of China's bamboo industry and seeking breakthroughs in processing technology and design methods,the development of China's bamboo industry can be promoted.In order to meet the more innovative design scheme of the bamboo furniture market,thin bamboo winding technology was introduced as the technical support of new bamboo furniture.The raw material was green and environmental-friendly,which could also increase the production efficiency.Meanwhile,the parametric plug-in Grassshopper with Rinoceros as the carrier were chosen as the design platform,which were then used to generate bamboo furniture shapes.On this basis,the preliminary methods of manufacturing the thin bamboo wrapping process in the field of furniture and combined with parameterized design were summarized,and the production and design of the"ENTANGLED BAMBOO"seat was completed.Practice has proved that the combination of thin bamboo winding technology and parametric modeling technology can expand the use of parametric design in the design and manufacturing of bamboo furniture.
