摘 要:为提高板式家具企业板材备料上料的信息化与智能制造水平,解决存在的管理不规范、调度混乱、上料延时、人机不协调等问题,从而提升板材的利用率与设备时间开动率,本文建立了相应的数据模型,对其进行算法优化,并建立了基于MFC的数字平台进行测试,同时对其进行验证。结果表明:改进后板材综合利用率达到93.96%,电子锯的时间开动率达到87.67%。数字化板材家具备料上料平台系统具有响应速度快、上料备料效率高等优点,可满足大批量板式家具备料调度需求。研究结果可为企业实现信息化备料与数字化上料提供参考依据。The purpose of this study is to improve the informatization and intelligent manufacturing level of sheet material preparation and loading in panel furniture enterprises,solve the problems of nonstandard management,chaotic scheduling,loading delay,man-machine disharmony,etc.,and improve the utilization rate of sheet materials and the equipment time startup rate.Based on the above problems,the corresponding data model was established,the algorithm of the data model was optimized,and a digital platform based on MFC was established,which was then tested and verified.The results showed that the comprehensive utilization rate of plates reached 93.96%,and the time operation rate of the electronic saw reached 87.67%.The digital panel furniture material preparation and loading platform system had the advantages of fast response speed and high material loading and preparation efficiency,which could meet the material preparation scheduling requirements of large quantities of panel furniture,and provide a reference for enterprises to realize information material preparation and digital material loading.
