摘　　要：为提升房车家具生产制造的效率和成功率,并为房车家具CMF设计数据库提供新的设计思路和方法,本文以CMF设计理论为基础,进行设计要素的分析与解读,协助设计师能更好的从色彩、材料和工艺的角度确定设计方向。通过对数据库建立关键技术,着重进行房车家具CMF设计数据库架构和应用策略的分析。得出CMF设计要素对产品感知质量、产品美学和情感属性、用户需求和感知的影响,构建了包含CMF语义库、主题风格、业务数据和索引数据的房车家具数据库。数据库包括四个层次模型,为房车家具设计提供了精准可靠、清晰客观的数据支持,大大缩短了目标家具的设计周期,提高了用户的满足率和企业实际生产效率,从科学性和可行性方向为数据库研究和应用提供了策略。In order to improve the efficiency and success rate of RV furniture manufacturing,the study of RV furniture CMF design database provided new design ideas and methods.Based on the CMF design theory,the analysis and interpretation of the design elements were carried out to assist the designer to better determine the design direction from the perspective of color,material and process,and to focus on the database structure and application of the RV furniture CMF design by establishing key technologies for the database strategy analysis.The effects of CMF design elements on product perceived quality,product aesthetics and emotional attributes,user needs and perception were obtained,and a caravan furniture database including CMF semantic library,theme style,business data and index data was constructed.The database included four levels of models,which provided accurate,reliable,clear and objective data support for the design of RV furniture,greatly shortened the design cycle of target furniture,improved the satisfaction rate of users and the actual production efficiency of the enterprise,from the direction of scientificity and feasibility.Meanwhile,this study provided applied strategies for database research and application.
