摘　　要：研究沙棘冻干粉的耐缺氧作用。采用常压耐缺氧试验、亚硝酸钠中毒试验、急性脑缺血缺氧试验研究耐缺氧作用。结果表明, 6.67 g/(kg·Bw)组能延长小鼠常压耐缺氧存活时间(P<0.05),能延长小鼠亚硝酸钠中毒存活时间(P<0.05)。沙棘冻干粉能提高小鼠的耐缺氧能力。Study the anti-hypoxia effect of sea buckthorn freeze-dried powder.Normal pressure hypoxia tolerance test,sodium nitrite poisoning test,and acute cerebral ischemia hypoxia test are used to study the hypoxia tolerance effect.The results show that the 6.67 g/(kg·Bw)group can prolong the survival time of mice under normal pressure hypoxia tolerance(P<0.05)and prolong the survival time of mice with sodium nitrite poisoning(P<0.05).Sea buckthorn freeze-dried powder can improve the hypoxia tolerance of mic.
