摘　　要：产权分散型专业市场的治理问题错综复杂,其主要矛盾是产权分散、诸权利分离与市场统一经营管理之间的矛盾。上海应结合城市总体规划和区域发展规划,加强对专业市场的总量规模控制以及空间布局的优化调整,避免重复建设和同业恶性竞争。在优化专业市场空间布局时,应优先考虑引导专业市场进一步向交通物流条件较好的区域集中,形成更多市场集群、更大规模效应,打破目前专业市场散乱分布的现状。The governance of specialized markets with decentralized property rights is complex,and the main contradiction is between decentralized property rights,separation of rights and unified market management.Shanghai should combine the overall urban planning and regional development planning to strengthen the control of the total scale of professional markets and the optimization of spatial layout,so as to avoid duplicated construction and vicious competition in the same industry.When optimizing the spatial layout of professional markets,priority should be given to guiding professional markets to further concentrate in areas with better transportation and logistics conditions,forming more market clusters and larger-scale effects,and breaking the current status quo of scattered distribution of professional markets.
