摘　　要：浅圆筒仓多为混凝土结构,目前仓壁多采用滑模进行施工,穹顶多采用木模+满堂架施工工艺,模板体系多为常规多层胶合板、木方,支撑体系多采用钢管扣件式支撑架形式,存在架体材料投入量大、周转效率低、劳动力投入多、工人素质要求高、施工周期长、施工质量不易控制等特点。故设计加工伞形钢桁架支撑体系,创新使用滑模与钢桁架同步提升技术、高空脱离技术、滑模多点高精度同步滑升技术,在保证施工质量的前提下,周转材料投入量小,施工效率高,降低施工成本。Shallow cylindrical silos are mostly concrete structures.At present,the silo wall is mostly constructed with slip form,the dome is mostly constructed with wooden formwork+full framing,the formwork system is mostly made of conventional multi⁃layer plywood and timber,and the support system is mostly made of steel pipe fastener type support frame.There are large amount of characteristics frame material input,low turnover efficiency,large labor input,high requirements for workers’quality,and long construction period,difficult to control construction quality,so the umbrella shaped steel truss support system is designed,the cost construction method of the synchronous lifting technology of slip form and steel truss,high⁃altitude separation technology,and multi⁃point high⁃precision synchronous lifting technology of slip form is used.It has the advantages of small turnover material input,short construction period,high construction efficiency,reducing construction costs,under the premise of ensuring the construction quality.
