摘  要:碳减排问题是当今全球面临的严峻挑战,而制造业数字化转型是碳减排问题解决的重要因素。选取中国30个省市(区)2012—2020年的面板数据,构建面板回归模型,实证分析制造业数字化转型对碳排放的影响。结果表明:制造业数字化转型对碳排放呈倒“U”型曲线关系,东部地区制造业数字化转型对碳排放呈“U”型曲线关系。中西部地区制造业数字化转型对碳排放呈倒“U”型曲线关系。基于此,提出提高制造业数字化转型整体发展水平;制定精准投入计划,实施差异化的制造业数字化转型政策;加强政府对制造业数字化及碳减排工作的导向作用等建议。Carbon emission reduction is a serious challenge facing the world today,and the digital transformation of manufacturing is a crucial factor in carbon emission reduction.Panel data from 30 provinces and cities in China from 2012 to 2020 were selected to construct a panel regression model,empirically analyze the impact of digital transformation of manufacturing on carbon emissions,and try to provide scientific basis and theoretical reference for reducing China's carbon emissions.The results show that:First,the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry has an inverted"U"curve relationship on carbon emissions.Second,the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry in the eastern region has a"U"curve relationship with carbon emissions.The digital transformation of manufacturing in the central and western regions has an inverted"U"curve relationship on carbon emissions.Based on this,it is proposed to improve the overall development level of digital transformation of the manufacturing industry.Formulate precise investment plans and implement differentiated digital transformation policies for the manufacturing industry.Proposals to strengthen the government's guiding role in the digitalization of manufacturing and carbon emission reduction.
