基于学生评教数据的线上与线下教学效果比较研究

摘  要:以学生在相邻两个学年春学期开设的相同课程,对不同年龄、职称、性别教师线上与线下教学学生评教成绩进行统计分析。结果显示,线下教学,对不同年龄段教师评教结果没有显著性差异;线上教学,对45岁以下与45岁以上教师评教结果有显著性差异;对45岁以下教师线上教学评教成绩显著优于线下教学,而对45岁以上教师线上教学评教成绩显著低于线下教学,两者差异均具有统计学意义;无论线上教学与线下教学,教师职称不同对于学生评教结果影响均不具有显著性差异,教师性别不同得到的评教结果亦不具有显著性差异。基于此,本文从精准对接需求组织教师培训、持续探索线上线下混合教学、提高学生评教有效性等方面提出可行性建议。Based on the same courses for students in the spring semesters of two consecutive aca-demic years,the results of online and offline teaching evaluation of teachers of different ages,ti-tles and genders were statistically analyzed.The results show that there is no significant difference in the teaching evaluation results of different age groups in offline teaching.Whereas for online teaching,there is a significant difference between teachers under 45 and those over 45.For teach-ers under 45,the results of online teaching evaluation are significantly better than offline teaching,while for teachers over 45,the results of online teaching evaluation are significantly lower than of-fline teaching.The differences between the two are statistically significant.Whether it is online teaching or offline teaching,there is no significant difference in the influence of teachers’titles and gender on the teaching evaluation results of medical students.Based on that,this paper puts forward feasible suggestions in terms of organizing teachers'training by accurately matching the needs,continuously exploring online and offline hybrid teaching,and improving the effectiveness of student evaluation.
