摘　　要：中国叙事传统是华人学者继抒情传统后建构的又一理论话语体系,集中展现了海外学界对中国传统小说叙事理论的中国性发掘和现代性建构。早期中国叙事传统主要围绕小说文本和小说史研究,开拓了前叙事学阶段的中国小说传统,逐步实现了由文本研究向理论体系建构的转化;20世纪70年代,王靖宇、鲁晓鹏等人征用西方叙事概念,在与西方叙事传统的比照中重构了中国小说叙事理论,描绘出一条从历史性到虚构性的理论体系;高友工、黄卫总、顾明栋等人则从单一的西方叙事概念中挣脱出来,拓展了中国叙事传统的多元可能性,揭示出其跨文类的抒情性和跨文化的非西方性。华人学者的研究不仅是对中国抒情传统的纠正与补充,而且共同促进了本土中国叙事传统研究及世界叙事理论的发展。After the lyrical tradition,overseas Chinese scholars reconstructed the Chinese narrative tradition as another theoretical discourse system,which focuses on the discovery of the Chineseness and modernity construction of the narrative theory of Chinese traditional novels.The early Chinese narrative tradition was mainly centered on the study of novel texts and novel history,which explored the Chinese novel tradition at the stage of pre-narratology,gradually realizing the transformation from textual study to the construction of theoretical system.In the 1970s,John Ching—yu Wang,Sheldon Lu and others expropriated the concept of Western narrative,and reconstructed the narrative theory of Chinese novels by comparing with the Western narrative tradition,which depicted the theoretical system from historical to fictional.Yu—kung Kao,Martin W.Huang,Mingdong Gu,and others break free from a single Western narrative concept and expand the pluralistic possibilities of the Chinese narrative tradition,revealing its lyricism in different literary forms and non-Western characteristics in a cross-cultural context.Their studies not only correct and complement the Chinese lyrical tradition,but also collectively contribute to the development of the studies of Chinese narrative tradition and international narrative theory.
