摘　　要：目的:探讨正五聚蛋白3(PTX3)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平与老年急性脑梗死病情及预后的关系。方法:检测120例病人PTX3、CRP水平,依据NIHSS评分及出院2个月后BI评分分组,比较PTX3、CRP水平的差异,Spearman相关性分析及ROC曲线用来评价PTX3、CRP与病情、预后的相关性及预测预后的价值。采用NIHSS评分评估病情,采用BI评分评估预后。结果:轻度脑梗死组病人PTX3、CRP水平低于中重度脑梗死组,预后不良组PTX3、CRP水平高于预后良好组(P<0.05~P<0.01)。PTX3、CRP水平与NIHSS评分呈正相关关系(P<0.01),与BI呈负相关关系(P<0.01),PTX3、CRP水平具有较好的预测预后的价值,以PTX3为优。结论:PTX3、CRP或可成为预测老年急性脑梗死病情及预后的指标。Objective:To observe the relationship between the serum levels of pentraxin 3(PTX3)and C-reactive protein(CRP)and the severity and prognosis of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:The levels of PTX3 and CRP in 120 patients were detected and divided into two groups according to NIHSS and BI score 2 months after discharge.Spearman correlation analysis and ROC curve were used to evaluate the correlation and predictive value of PTX3 and CRP with disease condition and prognosis.Results:The serum levels of PTX3 and CRP in the high NIHSS score group were significantly higher than those in the low NIHSS score group,PTX3 and CRP level in the good prognosis group were significantly lower than those in the poor prognosis group(P<0.05 to P<0.01).The levels of PTX3 and CRP were positively correlated with NIHSS score,and negatively correlated with BI(P<0.01).The levels of PTX3 and CRP had good predictive value for disease condition and prognosis,and PTX3 was the best.Conclusions:PTX3 and CRP may be useful indicators to predict the severity and prognosis of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction.
