摘 要:目的探究体验式教育联合胰岛素访谈工具在老年糖尿病患者自我管理能力的应用效果。方法选取2021年2月至2022年3月收治的69例老年糖尿病患者随机分为观察组(n=35)和对照组(n=34)。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上接受体验式教育联合胰岛素访谈工具干预。评价患者干预前后我对胰岛素看法(diabetes attitudes wishes and needs,DAWN)和糖尿病自我管理行为量表(summary of diabetes self care activities,SDSCA)评分。结果干预前,2组患者在DAWN和SDSCA评分上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组的DAWN和SDSCA评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论体验式教育联合胰岛素访谈工具可以明显改善患者对胰岛素的认知和自我管理能力,值得在临床进一步推广。Objective To investigate the effect of experiential education combined with the use of insulin interview tool on the self-management ability of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods Sixty-nine elderly patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into observation group(35 cases)and control group(34 cases).All patients were managed by conventional care,and those in the observation group were additionally intervened by the experiential education combined with the use of insulin interview tool.Before and after the intervention,the Diabetes Attitudes Wishes And Needs(DAWN)and the Summary of Diabetes Self Care Activities(SDSCA)scores were graded.Results Before the intervention,there were no significant difference in DAWN and SDSCA scores between the two groups(P>0.05),which,after the intervention,were significantly higher in the observation group than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Experiential education combined with the use of insulin interview tool can significantly improve the cognition and self-management ability of insulin in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus,which is worthy of further promotion in the clinic.
