百蕊草水提液对AA肉鸡生长性能、免疫和抗氧化功能的影响

摘  要:目的:探究饮水中添加百蕊草水提液对AA(Arbor Acres)肉鸡生长性能、免疫及抗氧化功能的影响。方法:选取300只1日龄健康状态良好的AA肉鸡,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只,空白对照组在试验饲养中不添加抗生素和百蕊草水提液,阳性对照组在日常饲养中只使用抗生素,不添加百蕊草水提液,试验组饮水中分别添加0.075、0.150、0.300 g/kg百蕊草水提液。结果:与空白对照组相比,各百蕊草水提液组极显著提高了AA肉鸡的平均日增重和平均日采食量(P<0.01),极显著降低了AA肉鸡的料重比(P<0.01)。与空白对照组相比,各百蕊草水提液组均极显著提高21日龄AA肉鸡的胸腺指数(P<0.01),0.300 g/kg百蕊草水提液组脾脏指数显著提高(P<0.05),0.150、0.300 g/kg百蕊草水提液组显著提高了21日龄AA肉鸡的法氏囊指数(P<0.05),0.150、0.300 g/kg百蕊草水提液组极显著提高了42日龄AA肉鸡胸腺指数(P<0.01),0.300 g/kg百蕊草水提液组显著提高了42日龄AA肉鸡法氏囊指数(P<0.05)。与空白对照组相比,0.075、0.300 g/kg百蕊草水提液组极显著提高了21日龄AA肉鸡血清IgA含量(P<0.01),添加0.075 g/kg百蕊草水提液可显著提高42日龄AA肉鸡血清IgM含量(P<0.05),各百蕊草水提液组极显著提高了42日龄AA肉鸡血清新城疫抗体效价(P<0.01)。与空白对照组相比,各百蕊草水提液组极显著提高了21日龄AA肉鸡血清T-AOC、GSH-Px活性,极显著降低了MDA含量(P<0.01),0.150、0.300 g/kg百蕊草水提液组极显著提高了21日龄AA肉鸡血清SOD活性(P<0.01),各百蕊草水提液组极显著提高了42日龄AA肉鸡血清T-AOC、SOD和GSH-Px活性(P<0.01),极显著降低MDA含量(P<0.01)。结论:饮水中添加百蕊草水提液可以提高AA肉鸡的生长性能、免疫力和抗氧化能力,且以饮水中添加0.300 g/kg百蕊草水提液效果最佳。Objective:To investigate the effects of adding water extract of Thesium chinensis to drinking water on the growth performance,immune function,and antioxidant function of AA broilers.Methods:Select 3001-day-old healthy AA broilers and randomly divide them into 5 groups,with 3 replicates in each group and 20 chickens in each replicate.The blank control group did not contain antibiotics or water extract of Thesium chinensis in daily feeding.The antibiotic group only used antibiotics in daily feeding and does not add the water extract of Thesium chinensis.The experimental group contained 0.075,0.150,0.300 g/kg of water extract from Thesium chinensis to drinking water,respectively.Results:Compared with the blank control group,each water extract group of Thesium chinensis significantly increased the average daily weight gain and average daily feed intake of AA broilers(P<0.01),and significantly reduced the feed to weight ratio of AA broilers(P<0.01).Compared with the blank control group,the thymus index of the 21-day-old AA broilers was significantly increased in each water extract group of Thesium chinensis(P<0.01).The spleen index significantly increased in the 0.300 g/kg Thesium chinensis water extract group(P<0.05).The 0.150,0.300 g/kg water extract groups of Thesium chinensis significantly increased the bursa of Fabricius index of the 21-day-old AA broilers(P<0.05),and the 0.150,0.300 g/kg water extract groups of Thesium chinensis significantly increased the thymus index of the 42-day-old AA broilers(P<0.01).The water extract of 0.300 g/kg Thesium chinense significantly increased the bursa of Fabricius index of 42-day-old AA broilers(P<0.05).Compared with the blank control group,the 0.075,0.300 g/kg water extract groups significantly increased the serum IgA content of 21-day-old AA broilers(P<0.01),and the addition of 0.075 g/kg water extract from Thesium chinensis significantly increased the serum IgM content of 42-day-old AA broilers(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,each water extract group of Thesium chi
