摘　　要：目的探讨邦优清妇女用抑菌凝胶在治疗高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者的临床疗效。方法选取2019年11月至2021年8月本院确诊的120例宫颈HPV感染志愿者患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与给药组,每组60例。对照组予以重组人干扰素α2b凝胶治疗,给药组予以邦优清妇女用抑菌凝胶治疗,比较两组临床疗效、HPV转阴率及高危HPV16亚型和18亚型的转阴率。结果给药组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的81.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。给药组治疗后总转阴率为91.67%,高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组HPV16(+)转阴率为35.29%,HPV18(+)转阴率为46.15%;给药组HPV16(+)转阴率为52.63%,HPV18(+)转阴率为60.00%。结论邦优清妇女用抑菌凝胶治疗高危型HPV感染患者疗效显著,能缩短患者的治疗周期和提高清除率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Bangyouqing bacteriostatic gel used in the treatment of cervical human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods A total of 120 cervical HPV infected volunteers diagnosed in our hospital from November 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the drug medication group,with 60 cases in each group.The control groups was treated with recombinant human interferonα2b gel,while the medication group was treated with Bangyouqing bacteriostatic gel.the clinical efficacy,HPV conversion rate and the treatment effect of high-risk HPV 16 and 18 subtypes were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in the medication group was 93.33%,which was higher than 81.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total negative rate in the medication group was 91.67%,which was higher than 76.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the control group,the negative rate of HPV 16(+)was 35.29%,and that of HPV 18(+)was 46.15%,and the negative conversion rates of HPV 16(+)and HPV 18(+)in the medication group were 52.63%and 60.00%,respectively.Conclusion Bangyouqing women with antibacterial gel in the treatment of high-risk HPV infection patients is effective,can shorten the treatment cycle of patients and improve the clearance rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
