摘  要:针对用于汽车电动座椅的无刷直流电机对控制系统动态性能和噪音的要求,文中设计了以S12ZVML128为核心的硬软件控制系统。硬件上添加RC低通滤波电路以提高霍尔传感器采集转子位置信息时的抗干扰能力。软件上根据直流无刷电机控制系统的非线性特点,针对速度环提出以trimf作为隶属度函数的模糊PI控制策略。通过Simulink仿真和实验表明:该控制系统具有较好的动态性能,转速误差率可以控制在0.3%以内。在转速3000 r/min、负载75 kg的工况下,噪音可降低9.5%。According to the requirements of the brushless DC motor used in automobile electric seats on the dynamic performance and noise of the control system,this paper designed a hardware and software control system with S12ZVML128 as the core.RC low-pass filter circuit was added to the hardware to improve the anti-interference ability of Hall sensor when collecting rotor position information.According to the nonlinear characteristics of the brushless DC motor control system,a fuzzy PI control strategy with trimf as the membership function was proposed for the speed loop.Simulink simulation and experiment show that the control system has good dynamic performance,and the speed error rate can be controlled within 0.3%.Under the working condition of 3000 r/min speed and 75 kg load,the noise can be reduced by 9.5%.
