中医药联合靶向药物治疗中晚期胃癌研究进展

摘　　要：胃癌是最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,严重影响患者身体健康。我国是胃癌的高发区域,发病率与死亡率约是世界平均水平的2倍。中晚期胃癌致死率更高,5年生存率约10%,平均生存期6个月。化疗是中晚期胃癌治疗的重要手段,但因毒副作用大,对患者远期生存改善具有一定局限性。靶向药物为胃癌治疗提供了更多手段,临床上胃癌常用的靶向药物有曲妥珠单抗、雷莫卢单抗及阿帕替尼等。中医药在胃癌治疗中积累了丰富的经验,能延长患者生存期,改善生活质量,降低靶向药物毒副作用,为胃癌的临床综合治疗提供补充手段。基于中医药联合靶向药物治疗胃癌现状,对现有研究梳理与总结,为开拓中医药临床抗肿瘤治疗提供新思路。Gastric cancer is one of the most common gastrointestinal malignant tumors,which seriously affects the health of patients.China is a high-incidence country for gastric cancer,with morbidity and mortality two times higher than the world average.The mortality of advanced gastric cancer is high,with a 5-year survival rate of about 10%,and the average survival period is 6 months.Chemotherapy is an important means for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer,but it has some limitations in improving the long-term survival of patients due to the toxicity and side effects.Targeted drugs provide more means for the treatment of gastric cancer.The commonly used targeted drugs for gastric cancer include trastuzumab,ramucirumab and apatinib.Traditional Chinese medicine has accumulated rich experience in the treatment of gastric cancer,which could prolong the survival period of patients,improve the quality of life and reduce side effects.It provides supplementary means for the clinical comprehensive treatment of gastric cancer.The existing research are summarized in traditional Chinese medicine combined with targeted drugs in gastric cancer.It provides new ideas for developing clinical anti-tumor treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
