超声骨刀应用在老年牙槽骨修整术中的临床价值探讨

摘　　要：目的:探析老年牙槽骨修整术应用超声骨刀的临床价值。方法:选取2021年1月~2023年1月在本院就诊且满足牙槽骨修整治疗老年患者90例为分析对象,编序后用随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各45例,牙槽骨修整术中对应使用传统工具、超声骨刀。从两组患者生命体征、手术情况方面评价两种工具下牙槽骨修整术的临床价值。结果:术前两组患者在心率、平均动脉压方面监测数据无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后观察组患者波动提升数据低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者手术时间、疼痛程度、术后疼痛持续时间低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年牙槽骨修整术使用超声骨刀工具操作能够避免引发患者身体应激反应波动,术后疼痛情况具有优越性,确保患者手术舒适性及康复效果。Objective:To explore the clinical value of ultrasonic bone knife in alveolar bone trimming in the elderly.Methods:90 elderly patients who received treatment in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 and met alveolar bone dressing treatment were selected as analysis objects.They were sequenced and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.Traditional tools and ultrasonic bone knife were used in alveolar bone dressing.The clinical value of alveolar bone trimming under two tools was evaluated from the aspects of vital signs and operative conditions of two groups of patients.Results:There was no statistical significance in the monitoring data of heart rate and average arterial pressure between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05),and the fluctuation improvement data of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after surgery,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The operation time,pain degree and duration of postoperative pain in observation group were lower than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of ultrasonic bone knife tool in the elderly alveolar bone trimming can avoid the fluctuation of the physical stress response of patients,and has the advantage of postoperative pain,so as to ensure the surgical comfort and rehabilitation effect of patients.
