腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析对子宫肌瘤患者采用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗的效果。方法:选取2019年4月~2022年10月本院收治的74例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,按照双色小球法进行分组,参照组37例接受传统开腹式手术治疗,研究组37例接受腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗。观察两组的治疗效果。结果:研究组的各项手术指标较参照组更好,术后恢复效果较参照组更好,术后并发症发生率较参照组更低,术后各时间段的疼痛评分较参照组更低,以上指标对比均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对子宫肌瘤患者采用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗的效果更为确切,可以显著提高对患者的施术效率,减轻对患者的机体创伤,减少患者的术中出血量,避免过大的干扰患者机体状态,从而解决患者的术后疼痛问题,这样不仅可以大幅降低其出现术后并发症的概率,还可以加快其术后恢复速度。Objective:To investigate and analyze the effect of laparoscopic myomectomy on patients with uterine fibroids.Methods:A total of 74 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to October 2022 were selected as research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the two-color pellet method.37 patients in the control group received traditional open surgery,and 37 patients in the study group received laparoscopic myomectomy.Observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:Compared with the reference group,the study group had better surgical indicators,better postoperative recovery effect,lower incidence of postoperative complications,and lower postoperative pain scores at various time periods,all of which were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of laparoscopic myomectomy for patients with uterine fibroids is more accurate,which can significantly improve the efficiency of the operation,reduce the trauma to the patient’s body,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,avoid excessive interference with the patient’s body state,and thus improve the postoperative pain of the patient.In this way,the probability of postoperative complications can be significantly reduced.It can also speed up their recovery after surgery.
