摘　　要：目的:探析戴明环(又称PDCA循环)管理在手术室腔镜器械管理中的应用效果。方法:抽取2021年8月~2023年4月泉州市正骨医院医护人员56名,手术室腔镜器械800件作为主要研究对象,按照时间顺序进行分组,2021年8月~2022年3月为对照组,该组医护人员有28名,手术室腔镜器械400件,采取常规管理;2022年4月~2023年4月为观察组,该组工作人员有28名,器械400件。采取PDCA循环管理,之后比较组间管理质量。结果:观察组的清洗质量、医生满意度、管理质量、器械合理使用率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对医院手术室腔镜器械来说,采取PDCA循环管理流程能够改善管理质量,效果显著。Objective:To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle management in the management of endoscopic instruments in operating rooms.Methods:A total of 56 medical staff from Quanzhou Orthopedic Hospital from August 2021 to April 2023 were selected,and 800 endoscopic instruments in the operating room were selected as the main research subjects.They were grouped in chronological order.From August 2021 to March 2022,they were selected as the control group,with 28 medical staff and 400 endoscopic instruments in the operating room.Routine management was adopted;From April 2022 to April 2023,the observation group adopted PDCA cycle management,with 28 staff and 400 instruments.Afterwards,compare the quality of inter group management.Results:The cleaning quality,doctor satisfaction,management quality,and reasonable use rate of instruments in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the operating room endoscopic instruments in hospitals,adopting the PDCA cycle management process can improve the quality of management and achieve significant results.
