研究白内障超声乳化术后干眼症药物治疗的效果

摘　　要：目的 研究白内障超声乳化术后干眼症药物治疗的效果。方法 80例白内障超声乳化术后出现干眼症患者,根据药物治疗方式不同分为试验组与基础组,每组40例。基础组应用人工泪液治疗,试验组使用人工泪液和普拉洛芬联合治疗。对比两组症状改善率及用药前后泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌长度。结果 试验组用药后的症状改善率为97.5%,高于基础组的82.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药前,两组泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌长度对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。用药后,试验组泪膜破裂时间(12.57±3.01)s、泪液分泌长度(12.44±1.02)mm/5 min长于基础组的(10.26±2.73)s、(10.81±2.29)mm/5 min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 人工泪液联合普拉洛芬治疗白内障超声乳化术后干眼症,可快速改善患者临床症状,治疗效果显著,适合临床推广。Objective To study the effect of drug therapy on dry eye after phacoemulsification.Methods A total of 80 patients with dry eye after phacoemulsification were divided into experimental group and basic group according to different drug treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The basic group was treated with artificial tears,and the experimental group was treated with artificial tears and pranoprofen.The symptom improvement rate,tear film break-up time and tear secretion length before and after medication were compared between the two groups.Results The symptom improvement rate of 97.5%in the experimental group was higher than that of 82.5%in the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before medication,there was no statistically significant difference in tear film break-up time and tear secretion length between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the tear film break-up time of(12.57±3.01)s and tear secretion length of(12.44±1.02)mm/5 min in the experimental group were longer than those of(10.26±2.73)s and(10.81±2.29)mm/5 min in the basic group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Artificial tears combined with pranoprofen in the treatment of dry eye after phacoemulsification can quickly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and the therapeutic effect is significant,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
