论工科类高校行政管理专业发展模式——以Y大学为例

摘　　要：Y大学是一所省属工科类高校,但受早期师资队伍结构等因素影响,Y大学行政管理专业形成了兼具综合类高校和工科类高校特征的发展模式。随着社会环境变迁,Y大学行政管理专业早期发展模式遇到一系列挑战。其未来发展模式的构建,要以建设适应社会发展的新文科专业为目标,提升办学层次,适度扩大规模,与Y大学发展环境相契合。以此为出发点,通过构建特色人才培养模式、特色师资队伍和特色课程体系,吸收工科专业的教学理论与方法,并以专业发展助力Y大学发展等途径,构建特色发展模式。University is a provincial engineering university.Influenced by the early faculty structure and other factors,Pubic Administration major of Y University has formed a development model with the characteristics of both comprehensive universities and engineering universities.With the change of social environment,the early development model of Y University’s Pubic Administration specialty has encountered a series of challenges.The construction of the future development model of Y University’s Pubic Administration specialty should aim at building a new art specialty suitable for social development,promote the level of school running and appropriate scale expansion,and be consistent with the development environment of Y University.Based on these,a characteristic development mode should be built with characteristic talent training mode,faculty,curriculum system,absorbing the teaching theories and methods of engineering majors,and boosting the development of Y University with the development of Pubic Administration major,
