摘  要:本文主要对供电所登高作业车进行了三方面的改进和优化:①对起升机构受力分析并建立数学模型,以液压缸在整个工作过程受力最小为目标,运用粒子群算法对目标函数求解,优化后的液压缸最大受力减小14.5%,最小受力减小7.6%;②对站人平台进行优化设计及有限元分析,载荷作用下最大应力5.483×103N/m2,最大变形2.261×10-6mm;③对起升机构液压系统回路进行了改进设计,调速阀同步回路的运用使其升降更加稳定,同步精确度更高。This article mainly focuses on three aspects of improvement and optimization for the power supply station's high-altitude operation lathe workers:①Analyzing the force on the lifting mechanism and establishing a mathematical model,with the goal of minimizing the force on the hydraulic cylinder throughout the entire working process,using particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the objective function.After optimization,the maximum force on the hydraulic cylinder is reduced by 14.5%,and the minimum force is reduced by 7.6%;②Optimizing the design and finite element analysis of the platform,with a maximum stress of 5.483 under load×103N/m2,maximum deformation 2.261×10-6mm;③The hydraulic system circuit of the lifting mechanism has been improved and designed,and the use of the synchronous circuit of the speed control valve has made its lifting more stable and synchronized with higher accuracy.
