摘  要:【目的】探究补饲不同剂量双歧杆菌对欧拉羊生长性能及粪便微生物组成的影响。【方法】选取健康、体况一致的6月龄欧拉羊母羊30只,随机分为对照组(CG组)、低剂量补饲组(BIFlow组)和高剂量补饲组(BIFhigh组),每组10个重复。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,BIFlow组和BIFhigh组分别在基础饲粮的基础上添加双歧杆菌5×10~6、5×10^(7)cfu/g。补饲30 d后每组随机选择5只采集肠道粪便,进行16S rDNA测序和生物信息学分析。【结果】补饲双歧杆菌后,欧拉羊的平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05,下同),BIFhigh和BIFlow组的Chao1指数和Richness指数显著高于CG组。比较3组肠道微生物相对丰度差异显著OTUs发现,BIFlow组与CG组、BIFhigh组与CG组、BIFhigh组和BIFlow组之间丰度差异性OTUs分别为70、81和23种。对3组属水平肠道微生物中丰度差异显著的微生物进行数量统计发现,BIFhigh组与CG组之间Phocaeicola等7个属的细菌丰度显著上升,消化杆菌属(Peptacetobacter)等4个属的细菌丰度显著下降。BIFlow组与CG组之间冻丝菌属(Kineothrix)等6个属丰度显著上升;消化杆菌属等7个属的细菌丰度显著下降。BIFhigh和BIFlow两组肠道差异微生物主要表现为Mediterraneibacter、无杆菌属(Agathobacter)等2个属丰度显著上升。对照组与补饲组在细胞进程、细胞运动等功能方面有显著差异。【结论】补饲双歧杆菌后提高欧拉羊的平均日增重,改变肠道菌群Beta多样性,各组肠道微生物属水平等细菌丰度有显著差异,肠道微生物群落结构发生了改变,引起了微生物功能变化。【Objective】The present paper aimed to explore the effects of different doses of bifidobacterium supplementation on growth performance and fecal microbial composition of Oula sheep.【Method】Thirty 6-month-old Oula ewes were randomly divided into control group(CG group),low-dose supplementary feeding group(BIFlow group) and high-dose supplementary feeding group(BIFhigh group) with 10 replicates in each group.The control group was fed with basic diet,the BIFlow group and BIFhigh group were fed with 5×10~(6 )and 5×10~(7 )cfu/g bifidobacteria on the basis of the basic diet,respectively.After 30 days of supplementary feeding,5 sheep in each group were randomly selected to collect intestinal feces for 16S rDNA sequencing and bioinformatics analysis.【Result】The average daily gain of Oula sheep increased significantly after supplementation of bifidobacterium(P0.05,the same as below),and the Chao1 and richness index in BIFhigh and BIFlow groups were significantly higher than those in CG group.After comparing the relative abundance of intestinal microorganisms among the three groups,it was found that the difference of OTUs between BIFlow group and CG group,BIFhigh group and CG group,BIFhigh and BIFlow group was 70,81 and 23,respectively.There were significant differences in the abundance of intestinal microorganisms among the three groups.It was found that between BIFhigh group and CG group,the bacterial abundance of 7 genera such as Phocaeicola increased significantly,while that of 4 genera such as Peptacetobacter decreased significantly.The abundance of Kineothrix and other 6 genera increased significantly between BIFlow group and CG group,while the bacterial abundance of 7 genera such as Peptacetobacter decreased significantly.The main difference of intestinal microorganisms between BIFhigh and BIFlow groups was that the abundance of Mediterraneibacter,Agathobacter and other two genera increased significantly.There were significant differences in cell process,cell movement and other functions between the con
