摘  要:南浦溪特大桥主桥为计算跨径258 m的上承式钢管混凝土拱桥,主拱矢跨比为1/4.6,拱轴线线形采用悬链线,拱轴系数为1.6。主拱圈分左、右两榀,采用四肢双哑铃型等截面钢管混凝土桁架式拱肋,减少了桁架水平向连接钢管的数量,降低了节点焊接难度。钢管和缀板均灌注C50自密实补偿收缩混凝土,提高了拱肋结构的受力性能和面外稳定性。桥面系采用工字型钢-混凝土组合梁,有效降低了上部结构自重,同时也提高了拱桥的装配化施工程度。结合周边地形和地质条件,将拱座布置在完整的中风化岩层内。采用有限元软件对该桥在施工和运营阶段的静、动力特性进行分析,结果表明该桥结构受力性能满足规范要求,设计合理。The main bridge of Nanpuxi River Bridge is a deck-type concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge with a calculated arch span length of 258 m.With a rise-to-span ratio of 1/4.6,the arch axis follows a catenarian curve,where the arch axis coefficient reaches 1.6.The arch ring consists of two truss arch ribs formed of concrete-filled steel tubes,and each arch rib is of a four-leg,dumb-bell-shaped constant cross-section,aiming to reduce the horizontal connection tubes in the trusses and facilitate the welding of the truss nodes.The steel tubes and batten plates are filled with C50 self-compacting concrete to supplement the shrunk concrete,as a result,the load bearing capacity and out-of-plane stability of the arch ribs have been improved.The deck system consists of steel I girders and concrete slabs,with the intent of reducing the self-weight of the superstructure and maximizing the utilization of prefabricated components.To address the topographical and geological conditions,the skewbacks are situated in the integral moderately-decomposed rocks.The static and dynamic properties of the bridge at the construction and service stages were numerically simulated.The results show that the load bearing capacity of the bridge structure meets the code requirements,proving the effectiveness of the design.
