新时代“立德树人”视域下高校德育工作应对三局:困局、变局与破局

摘  要:党的十八大以来,高校德育工作在“立德树人”思想指导下取得了显著成绩,但在实践过程中也面临诸多难题,主要表现为德育形式知易行难、德育资源融合度低、德育师资流动性强及德育评价方式单一。究其原因在于教育工具理性下教育功利化、协同育人机制下各系统职责缺位、教育理念偏差下教师认知偏差、德育评价机制同质化倾向严重以及市场经济思潮下部分学生信仰迷失。为此,突破困局、应对变局、化解危局,新时代“立德树人”视域下高校德育工作需要破局智慧,应在认识师生思想新特点、变化新趋势的基础上,因事而化、因时而进、因势而新,强化理念认识,回归德育工作本真价值诉求;完善课程建设,统筹推进课程思政和课程思德;注重队伍建设,以情育德提升教师育德能力;改进德育评价,健全科学多元的德育评价体系;整合育人资源,系统构建立德树人协同育人机制。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the moral education work in colleges and universities has achieved remarkable achievements under the guidance of the idea of"Moral Cultivation",but it also faces many difficulties in the process of practice,which are mainly manifested as:the form of moral education is easy to understand but difficult to implement,the integration of moral education resources is low,strong mobility of moral education teachers,and the way of moral education evaluation is single.The reasons lie in:the utilitarianism of education under the rationality of educational tools,the absence of responsibilities of various systems under the collaborative education mechanism,the cognitive deviation of teachers under the deviation of educational ideas,the serious homogenization tendency of moral education evaluation mechanism,and the loss of some students'beliefs under the trend of market economy.Therefore,to break through the dilemmas,cope with the changes,and resolve the breaks,the moral education work in colleges and universities in the new era needs the wisdom of breaking the situation from the perspective of"Moral Cultivation".On the basis of the new characteristics of teachers'and students'thoughts and the new trends of change,we should change according to events,advance according to times,and renew according to circumstances,strengthen the understanding of ideas,and return to the true value appeal of moral education work;Improve the curriculum construction and promote the ideological and political education and moral education of the curriculum as a whole;Pay attention to team building,cultivate morality with emotion and improve teachers'ability to cultivate morality;Improve the evaluation of moral education and improve the scientific and diversified evaluation system of moral education;Integrate educational resources and systematically build a collaborative education mechanism for moral cultivation.
