摘　　要：本设计共分为PLC控制、机械手动作、触摸屏控制、电气回路、气动回路等五大模块。主要控制方式为通过触摸屏人机交互智能控制界面与PLC主控原件进行信息交互,使电磁换向阀得电或失电,通过气动回路驱使机械手做出相应动作。This design is divided into five modules:PLC control,manipulator action,touch screen control,electrical circuit and pneumatic circuit.The main control mode is to interact with the PLC main control original through the touch screen human-computer interaction intelligent control interface,so that the electromagnetic reversing valve can gain or lose power,and the manipulator is driven to make corresponding actions through the pneumatic loop.
