摘　　要：耕读教育是推广我国耕读传家优秀传统文化的重要途径,其具备立德、增值、强体和育美等多方面的综合育人功能。该文通过分析农林经济管理专业开展耕读教育的必要性和现状,对实践路径进行探索,从提高教师耕读意识、构建特色耕读课程体系、健全耕读教育保障机制和打造耕读教育平台这4个方面着手,以期推动农林经济管理专业的可持续发展,培养德智体美劳全面发展的新“三农”人才,推动农林经济管理专业的可持续发展。Farming and education is an important way to promote the excellent traditional culture of farming and education in my country.It has comprehensive educational functions in many aspects such as building morals,adding value,strengthening the body and educating people.This article analyzes the necessity and current situation of farming education in the agricultural and forestry economics and management major,and explores the practical path.It starts from four aspects:improving teachers'awareness of farming,building a characteristic farming education curriculum system,improving the farming education guarantee mechanism,and building a farming education platform.To promote the sustainable development of the agricultural and forestry economic management major and cultivate new rural talents with comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical education,art and labor,to promote the sustainable development of the agricultural and forestry economic management major.
