摘 要:调查了莽山浪畔湖湿地野生莼菜的资源现状,并开展了近地保育研究。结果显示:莽山浪畔湖国家重要湿地野生莼菜主要分布于该湿地0.3~0.5 m浅水区域,集中分布面积0.7 hm^(2),莼菜盖度70%~85%,高度48~95 cm。水体的平均pH值、电导率、总氮和总磷分别为6.5,28.7μs/cm、1.11 mg/L和0.03 mg/L。经过引种试验发现:在自然条件相似的人工湿地区域浪畔湖湿地野生莼菜可以成功实现近地保育。以期为科学保护、利用莽山野生莼菜资源提供参考。Brasenia schreberi is a perennial floating leaf plant in the Brasenia genus,Nymphaeaceae family.In this paper,the resource status of wild B.schreberi in Langpan Lake Wetland in Mangshan Mountain was investigated and the near-field conservation experiment was studied.The results showed that the wild B.schreberi was mainly distributed in the shallow water area with the water depth from 0.3m to 0.5m in Langpan Lake Wetland.The plant species in the lake have a concentrated distribution area of 0.7 hm 2,a coverage of 70%~85%and a height of 48~95cm.The average pH,conductivity,total nitrogen,and total phosphorus of the water body were 6.5,28.7μs/cm,1.11mg/L and 0.03mg/L,respectively.Through the species introduction test,it was found that the wild B.schreberi could be successfully introduced in the near-field conservation areas with similar natural conditions as the Langpan Lake Wetland.This study provides a basis for scientific protection and utilization of wild B.schreberi resources in Mangshan.
